Installing Agent Disposition Interface
**When running the Agent Disposition Interface, note that it will only update if the called numbers are different.
1: Download the Agent Disposition Interface.
2: Follow the installation directions.
3: The Agent Disposition Interface will need to connect to the 3CX
plug in (3CX phone system), via port 6002. If you are using Windows Firewall or
any other Firewall, please make sure port 6002 is open to TCP IP traffic.
4: Launch application and follow the help screen directions in order
to configure the configuration file in the Agent Disposition Interface
application directory.
5: When you launch the Agent Disposition Interface please make sure
the 'Interface' shows the correct requirement. Direct if you are not using 3CX,
and 3CX if you are using 3CX.
6: Click on 'Help' if you experience any problems, otherwise contact
support@mdlsolutions.com.
