Predictive Dialer - Stand Alone Version.

Dialing through VoIP Provider/Gateway, Transferring to VoIP Phones

1: (a) Open the Predictive Dialer configuration file 'Dialer.exe.config'(Predictive Dialer menu - File/Configuration File). Set the 'Total Channels' to the exact amount (max 2 for demo) of agents/SJPhones you will be transferring calls to. Set ‘Managed Agent Calls’ to true and ‘Play Prompt/Message Mode’ to false.

(b) Register with your VoIP provider/Gateway. We are using trunk1.freepbx.com for this example.

(c) Set your call rate to either 1 or higher.

(d) If you are using a VoIP provider please make sure you are using a SIP aware router or your Predictive Dialer is connected directly to the Public network (not behind a LAN).

 
2: Add your VoIP phones to the transfer list, max 2 for the demo version.

3: Enable AnsMachineDet if you want to detect answering/fax machines, or choose an action that better meets your needs. Then set the second action under 'Navigation' to 'Transfer'.

 
4: Also make sure the SQL port and SIP port are open on the Predictive Dialer computer/server. If this solution is run on a local network it is best to disable the Predictive Dialer firewalls.
 
5: Please install/configure the Agent Disposition Interface on your agent computer/s. After installing the SJPhone Soft Phone on the same agent computer/s, remember to set the “Auto Answer” option on SJPhone icon at the bottom right hand side of the agent computer (Right Click)(Auto accept calls). This way the SJPhone Soft Phone will answer as soon as the call is transferred to the agent. Once the call is transferred, a tone will be played by the Agent Disposition Interface alerting the agent a new call has been transferred to him. Note: The Agent Interface/VoIP Softphone must NOT be installed on the same computer as the Predictive Dialer.
 
6: Import your call list, and set it to active.

 
7: Press 'Start Calls'. Note: If you are using the Agent Disposition Interface, set the 'Interface' value to 'Direct' in the Agent Disposition Interface configuration file.

Note: Agent call ends once agent puts the phone on hook(disconnects).
