Dealing with Errors
At some point you may receive an error on the ‘Statistics’ tab. Usually this
error is not very detailed, and unless the demo has expired, it will not help you resolve the issue.
Most common reasons for errors are.
1. User configuration information is incorrect or has not updated correctly. Try restarting the dialer to see if the dialer can resolve this issue by itself.
2. The 3CX plug-in has not been launched and the dialer cannot connect to it.
3. The database is not accessible. Confirm the database is up and running and is accessible using the credentials that are in the dialers configuration file.
4. The Aculab software is not configured/installed correctly.
If none of the above steps work, check the dialer forum (http://www.mdlsolutions.com/Forums/) , to see if your issue has been addressed.
Finally if none of the above steps work, please ZIP the log files (C:\Program Files\MDLsolutions, Inc\MDLsolutions Dialer - Predictive Dialer\Logs) or
(v1.4.1 onwards)(C:\MDLsolutions\MDLsolutions Dialer - Predictive Dialer\Logs), and email them to support@mdlsolutions.com, along with a brief description of the problem.
