Installing 3CX Plug In
1: Download 3CX Agent Disposition Interface/Dialer plug in.
2: Unzip the file.
3: Copy to the following default paths, Windows XP/2003 the default
path is (c:\program files\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin). For Windows 2008 the default
path is (c:\Program Files(x86)\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin).
4: If your 3CX extension length is greater than 3, then please update the 3CX plug-in config file (3CXCRMNetworkController.exe.config) to the length of the extensions you are using in 3CX.
5: Launch application. That's it.
6: It is a good idea to add a short cut to the 3CX plug-in, to that 'Startup' folder in Windows, so the 3CX plug-in starts up again when you reboot Windows.
