3. Web and Chat interface included, allowing additional capture, management and communication of client information/leads.
4. Multiple Call List, Campaign, Agent Group Management with an array of dynamic import filters.
5. Dozens of report types that allow management to analyze the performance of the Call Center and the Call Centers financials.
6. Custom Email and SMS notification messages that can be assigned to each campaign and then to each disposition in the Agent Interface.
7. Comprehensive Calendar Event Management.
8. Vendor, Campaign and Marketing Management interfaces.
9. Real-time dashboard, displaying how each Campaign is performing in your company/companies, along with real-time alerts that can be modified by the administrator.
10. Runs on Microsoft Windows operating system and is built on a reliable Microsoft SQL server backend.

(The call center CRM has no recurring charges. The prices below are one time costs).

$149.00 (per agent) - Call Center CRM when purchased with matching Predictive Dialer channels/agent licenses.

$199.00 (per agent) - Call Center CRM. An additional 10% discount will apply if purchased with 3CX.
